Polyimide Tape with Liner

Polyimide (Kapton) Tape with Liner is a polyimide tape with a silicone adhesive on a PET liner, allowing it to be cut into custom shapes by hand or with a plotter machine.
Our standard width is 19.7", but other sizes are available upon request.
Suitable for high temperature applications up to 500°F. 

Processes: powder coating, e-coating, anodising, plating, soldering.
Maximum temperature: 500°F (260°C)
Spec: tape 1 mil backing with 1 mil glue (total thickness 2 mil), liner thickness 3 mil

Note: the liner is 0.8" wider than the tape. 19.7" tape -> 20.5" total width.
This reduces glue build up in the cutting machine, minimizing maintenance.
